Nevermind

So, it's pretty hard to go back and fill in on this last month, considering all the pictures I want to use are on my husband's computer... at work... in the middle of a HUGE trial! Instead of looking back for now, I'll look to the present and near future.

Right now I have been single for about a week. I go to bed before Chris gets home and leave right as he is getting up. Why? He is working SO HARD for this trial. It was originally supposed to be Monday through Wednesday, then got extended to Thursday. And I was told today that it might take Friday too. Great. But I don't mind. I figure I can take a hard week of work when it's as rare as it has been since he started working there 3 years ago. I'd much rather have a husband at home each night instead of a husband who is never home, working too hard. I'm proud of him, but definitely can't wait to see him when this is over with!

Which brings me to Friday. I really hate that this trial might take so long- this means I'm driving to Memphis on my own. Somehow, years ago, I decided to make it to each of my siblings' graduation. Lucky for me... they all went to Harding! Do you know how far that is? That's forever away from here! Once I went to Mike's, that set the pace for all the rest. I went to Stephen's, and last went to Morgan's. That was all the siblings, but now there is one more... Mike's wife, Grace. I am so proud of her! She is graduating from optometry school in Memphis. She started school at the same time as Chris and they got married a few months later. I know how it is, newlyweds and still in school. They've worked so hard and it is now paying off. I will be traveling to now see her walk across the stage for this HUGE accomplishment. I am so proud and excited for you, Grace!

Until I get my husband, his computer, and my pictures back, I hope this tides you over! Have a terrific rest of the week!

P.S.- Only 16 1/2 days of school left!

Whoa Nelly!

Okay... so I said my March was to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb... Little did I know, it was only the calm before the storm! These past few weeks have been quite a whirlwind of activity. Now that April's end is peeking around the corner, I don't know where to start. I'll spare you the details but do the best I can. Hold on tight!
